It's the little things that count. ;)


Engine:
- Added support for taking items off of objects. (Needs fixing for objects that are more then one tile...)
- Fixed a bug with the display of the Multi combat icon.
- Members items no longer give bonuses on Free to Play worlds.

Core Engine:
- Added ladders at Mill Lane Mill.
- Made it so you can empty pots of flour and cream.
- Added the sink in the Cooking Guild as a water source.

RuneRebels:
- Member's items in the global spawn table will not spawn on Free to Play worlds.

Runecrafting:
- Version 3.
- Made the enter option show up on the ruins when the Tiara is worn, and when clicked it makes you enter the altar.

Database:
- Added correct attack styles for longswords.
- Added correct attack styles for war hammers.

RandomEvents:
- Fixed a bug with the Genie lamp skill selection.

Cooking:
- Version 5.
- Added support for Wind Mills.
- Added the Cooking Guild.
- Added all the item spawns in the Cooking Guild.
- Added the Head Chef and his dialogue.
- Added the item spawns in the Cooking Guild.
- Made the hopper and flour bin work with configuration IDs; not object replacement!
- Added the Mill Lane Mill.
- Added the Mill near Ardougne.
- Added the Mill in Zanaris.

FreeToPlay:
- Version 2.
- Added the Al Kharid warriors helping each other out.
- Added dialogue for the Monks at Edgeville Monastery and made them heal you. (Still need the animation and graphics)
- Added dialogue for Hans.
- Added dialogue for Duke Horacio.
- Added dialogue for Father Aereck.
- Made it so you can shear sheep and rams.
- Added toy horses and spinning plates!
- Added dialogue for Diango.

Barrows:
- Version 5.
- Added dialogue for Bob.

Magic:
- Added the superheat item spell; All spells are now complete!

Smithing:
- Added the superheat item spell code.

Engine:
- Build #60.
- Added support for plugins to assign response variables to events from other plugins; Needed so superheat item can make the jump from Magic to Smithing!
- Fixed a Blitz error. (2c13edd6397368b2b811edc1cf5308d8)
- Added support to put the world in free to play mode or members mode.
- Added members only attribute on items.
- Added weight attribute to items.
- Removed RuneHQ Item Requirements.
- Made it so members weapons cannot be used on free to play worlds.
- Made it so members items do not appear to others on free to play worlds.
- Added correct run energy recovery formula that takes your Agility level into account.
- Added weight system, still need formula for draining run energy!
- Items with negative weight only count when players are wearing them.
- Made member's items with negative weights use their regular weight on Free to Play worlds.
- Fixed a Blitz error with dropping items. (fe9d8d888a36378a19b8f1c4cba732ad)
- Added support to load a list of world numbers to make Free to Play.

Free To Play:

- Added Al Kharid gate.

- Added all item weights from version #634.
- Moved all old Npc spawns into the new table and deleted the old one.

ItemWieldRequirements:
- Added requirements for specific items.
- Added requirements for groups of items based on name searching and wield slot matching.

Lots of stuff! 8)

Engine:
- Build #59.
- Added Npc aggressiveness from the database.
- Added different Npc attack types from the database; Magic and Ranged.
- Added correct aggressiveness formula.
- Added single combat areas.
- Added support to read the Magic on Ground Item packet.
- Added API for percent drainage on skills. (API works on Npcs but does nothing at the moment).
- Started cleaning up the skill API.
- Added API for poison.
- Fixed bug in Poison API.
- Added Accept Aid saving.
- Fixed a bug in percent draining skills and potions that drain skills.

Prayer:
- Version 6.
- Added Rapid Restore effect.
- Added Rapid Heal effect.
- Added Redemption effect.
- Fixed a bug where prayers appeared active upon logging in if a player logged out with prayers active.

Range:
- Made it so arrows don't appear on the ground until after they have reached the target.
- Added 1/5 chance of losing arrows when Ranging, chance decreases as your Range level increases.

Tutorial Island:
- Made it so players on tutorial island shouldn't be spammed with yell messages.

Magic:
- Added Confuse, Weaken, Curse, Vulerability, Enfeeble, Stun. (And made all of their draining effects work as well!)
- Added bones to bananas.
- Added telegrab.
- Added all the level enchants.
- Added the Crumble Undead spell. (Only works on undead monsters too!)
- Added the Magic Dart spell.
- Added the Iban Blast spell.
- Added all three God spells; Saradomin Strike, Claws of Guthix, and Flames of Zamorak with their draining special effects!
- Added Bones to Peaches.
- Added poison effect to Smoke spells in the Ancient spell book.
- Fixed two Ancient teleports that would always report that the player didn't have a high enough magic level.
- Added draining effect to Shadow spells in the Ancient spell book.
- Fixed Ghorrock teleport so it doesn't go to blackness.
- Added the Charge spell. (And it boosts the God Spell's effects!)
- Added teleport to Ape Atoll. (And it requires a banana!)
- Added sounds to God spells.
- Added all the tele-other spells.
- Added all the charge orb spells.

Minigames:
- Added Fight Pits mini game and various Karamja things!

New:
- Added Random Events to prevent booting. (Starting with the Genie and Evil Chicken.)
- Made the Mole holes in Falador accessible.
- Added Staff Areas!

Food & Drink:
- Made it so you can eat Bananas.
- Made it so you can eat Peaches.

Other:
- Fixed about 5 Blitz Errors.
- Fixed a bug where White Dagger (p) (6593) was stackable.

We are very pleased to announce that the web client is now available! ;D So you will no longer have to download the client to play the game.  :)

This version of the client should also be compatible with people running Linux on their computer so that they can play too. :)

Well I just stayed up all night fixing various bugs in the game, but one major thing that I wanted to highlight was that I fixed numerous bugs that prevented players from completing Tutorial Island! 8)

I created a new account and went through the entire tutorial myself, so I know that it is completable. However, if you find any bugs that prevent you from completing the tutorial, please post them here! We are already aware of bugs with funky heads on dialogue and the Npcs walking to places they shouldn't, so please don't post those here. Thanks, and enjoy!

Yes, SMF is a lot safer than some home-grow forum system. Also prevents legal issues.  ;D
This is correct, plus we want to spend more of our time working on the game instead of reinventing the wheel for forum software.  8)

But we can always theme SMF to look more and more like the old RS forums, so if anyone wants to assist Kevin in doing that, please contact him! :)

That's what the "Help Us!" board is for. The developers check the board regularly, So they don't miss much. Plus it will show up on there Unread Posts.

These boards wouldn't be necessary.
