When could we expect the server to get back online?
Honestly not sure. I hope soon though.
He has spoken to his ISP about the outage already though.

Frell is one of the 2 developers for BlackWake, and he helped us out a lot when RuneRebels really got going. Honestly if it wasn't for him we probably would have shut down a long time ago.

Coming next week I will be working normal hours at work. We are doing a Halloween thing, so I have been working 12 hour shifts, starting at 2PM and ending at 2AM, so everything has been all messed up for me. I'll see about getting an update soon. Sorry for any delays. I am trying, just hard to balance everything.

When I get a chance to talk to Ryan we will see about implementing this. We can do something like 10+ minutes of in-game time will allow you to do ::yell and then to stop spamming, we can make it have a certain amount of ::yell per minute (per player not per world).

I still agree with that, but if you guys prefer to have it as a donator only feature we can do that.
