Title: Login server issues? (Game servers still online)

When I try to login, I get this message:

While the "login servers" are offline, the game servers are still running, with a ping of 108~. I'm assuming this is intended maintenance; I'm just confused since the servers for the game are online yet I can't login due to something else server related:
