39 Sardine-10 gp each
22 Herring- 15 gp each
606 Trout- 20 gp each
418 Salmon-25 gp each
0 Lobbies (Will supply if demanded)- 35 gp each

One 'minor' flaw with your idea. Nobody has that sort of cash.
