Online or offline, 0-2 players are online at a maximum, so it doesn't really matter..

I think we should be looking at the long run rather than the short run, perhaps Ryan is trying to save money for now.

It doesn't cost money to run from your own home lolz. Unless he has it up on a VPS, it's cost-less.
