Grail bell is a quest item for the Holy Grail quest. They spawn on the ground on the Fisher King's island and you need one to complete the quest. They are also supposed to be non-tradeable. So wherever this 1.5m figure came from, it sounds like a scam

They will be removed shortly. They were accidentally released in a shop update. I would recommend not trading for them.
