Post doors, double doors, gates, and double gates that don't work here with their object ID's and coordinates, as well as what they go to here in order to get them fixed :)

I'm too afraid to go back into the Edgeville dung to retrieve the numbers. I made it from Edge to the Key near the Varrock ladder. After getting a few keys, I decided to go back to Edge, instead of using the ladder to Varrock, so I could (nooblet) range the rats near the entrance.
Once I got to the gate before the rats, it wouldn't let me go through, nothing I did would allow this. So I quickly ran all the way back to use the Varrock ladder, but the gate right before the little mine, wouldn't let me go through it either. Finally, near the Zombies, I was able to go 10 seconds w/o being attacked and I logged off.
However, when I logged back on, I was in lumby... :(

Fishing guild currently has no door. 2608,3396 is an area very close to it. Might cause problems in the near future as we have a larger amount of people fishing that are getting into the guild without the requirements.

It's programmed so that if you get in and you don't have the reqs it will tele you out, no need to fix that right now considering that it would take more to fix it and the system that tele's you out works great :p

3222,3491 (door leading into kitchen)
3208,3490 (door leading into library)
Can we use here to report broken ladders and stairs as well?

Web slashing to get to moss giants is bugged. It says you slashed through it, but you wont be able to move past the object that replaces it.

Doors to Dark warriors castle in Wildy wont work. The castle that has rune spawns in it, surrounded by moat.

Gate to the duel arena doesn't open.
Coordinates: 3312, 3235

The gate located beside the southern walls of Falador near the Makeover mage and Crafting guild can not be opened, this is very handy for quick banking from the crafting guild.
The coordinates are as follows
Gate (1596 ) (2934,3320)
Gate (1597) (2933,3320)
Also if this gets fixed the wall shortcut just north which you jump over would be lovely :)

Coordinates: (3279,3939).
The other entrance to the castle is also broken.

It's really frustrating when there's no other blade for miles and you need to cut through a web. :P

You can open it, go in, and close it. If you go from the enclosure out through the open gate and close it, you automatically go back in to the enclosure and close it. This effectively means with the nonoperational stile you can't close this gate exiting the sheep pen.

The gate to the small onion farm behind Fred the Farmer's farmhouse in Lumbridge doesn't work.

Its also impossible to get into the mage arena. You can only slash the first web while standing 1 step away from it. It is impossible to stand on the tile adjacent to the web, making it impossible to get through. Web ID is (733) (3095,3957).

The Falador entrance to the Dwarven Mine appeared perma closed to me, door 11708 at 3061, 3375. I relogged and poof, it was open.

I don't think this is a bug with the door, but the game itself. It's appearing to be that objects are appearing closed or open or whatever perm. but then once you relog you can open and close or cut the tree or whatever.

I don't know if this applies to this thread but I'll give it a shot. I was on World 0 and the door to the Varrock library works but it moves out of place.
When I open it, the ID changes to 1513 too.

The cobweb in Varrock sewer doesn't let you pass through it. This has been mentioned a few times now and I have 114 moss giants to kill. :-\

I think that crevice requires agility, and most agility short cuts haven't been implemented.

Sometimes logging out and back in real quick will fix the door issue with the wizard tower

So i got 68 fishing and wanted to try it out. I have been there to see if i could get inside without the required level. I do remember that a door would block my way and the Master Fisher npc saying a dialoge to me. But since i can enter the guild now i noticed it has no door at all.

The door in Edgeville yew house was open so i decided to close it, after my action it stick to a wall like dat and remained same even after relog.

The Door in the Jewlery Store in Port Sarim disappears when opened, even after logging out and back in.
Door Id: (59) (3016,3246)
In addition, it seems when i logged to world 2 to gain the door Id, the door was closed but the mugger outside become aggro'd and set me as a target for him to mug.

The east door close to King Roald in Varrock castle doesnt open but you can walk trough.

The door upstairs in the house where Juliet is outside of varrock 1534 (3158, 3430, 1) when you open the door from inside Juliet's room you receive a blitz error. The error code I received was 1573224269687
