 Last week I was talking with StBashkir at varrock west while he was smiting. We had a quick chat and I ran by the general store. I saw about 32 addy chest plates in the stock. I ran back and told Bash. He said "I know, I made them. Do you want some". So being the unsuspecting casual player i am, I accepted. He gave Me 15 chest plates for free. As soon as I heard about the duping scenario going on I knew i had some dirty chest plates on my hands. I only sold one of them for 16k and have the 14 others left in my inventory. I am currently waiting for someone to take the 16k and 14 addy chest plates off my hands.

I've only played this game for 10 minutes a long while ago (waiting for 2.0) but is there a way admins can track where items came from? I know in project rs 06 (may it RIP in peace) they could track them but they had to trawl through so much data.

right now we mainly look at fishy banks with massive amounts of items. We also depend on players trust O.o There isn't really a way to track the dupe all's we can do is look at trades and guesstimate. We fixed the dupe so no worries, if you would like your items taken away we can do that for you.
