We need to form an economy for the prices to balance out. Although these are just the basic prices:

Dragon Platelegs: around 200-450k
Dragon Plateskirt: around 150-300k
Dragon Med Helm: around 100-150k
Dragonstone: around 25-75k
Amulet of Glory: around 25-75k
Ring of Wealth: around 25-75k
Amulet of Fury: no one selling/buying so around +2m
Obby Cape: around 50-150k
Obby maul: around 45-145k
Obby sword: around 45-145k
Obby mace: around 25-100k

The prices decreased from years ago because items like dragon med helms and d stones are way easier to obtain.
