Title: October 20th Update!

Changelog:
- Converted Npc Animations & Sounds to the new format.
- Added ::repeat command.
- Added ::spectate command.
- Added Mobile Detection for SMF
- Added Mobile Theme for SMF

Did a few more background things and added a few commands for Administrators.
Went ahead and added a few SMF changes, one being you can now browse the forums comfortably on your mobile device! It is still under construction and we are aware of a few bugs, but over-all it should work.
Hope you guys enjoy this update, more to come real soon!

Do we need to redownload the client for these updates to go into effect?

There will be no client updates as far as I know. And when we make updates to the client, it doesn't re-download it. It just downloads the changes.

Servers are back up now, I was able to sign in and play.

Agreed! I looked at it and I was like "DAYUUUMMMM, it's coming sooner than expected!"
