Why the heck did you quote and then post with none of your text what so ever? Spam and try to get post count up much?
It's a way of showing that you agree with that person. It can also be used to show everyone how stupid that post is by quoting it. So if someone were to agree with me, they could just quote me and post as it is.

May I remind everyone that, by default speedtest.net records your speed in megabits. There's a difference between megabits and megabytes. If you were to find out your actual downloading speed, you'd divide your megabits speed by 8, and that is your actual maximum speed (depending on servers aswell).
(You can also modify the speedtest settings to record your speed in megabytes instead. Change settings here. it's under speed measurement on the bottom.)
