I don't see why the Off Topic section would be under the 'General' category. I'm not some forum expert, but the 'General' category should be for things related to the server, and I do believe off topic threads are, well, off topic.

I suggest moving the 'Off Topic' section under the 'Other Boards' category. Furthermore, rename the 'Off Topic' section to 'Off Topic General', and the 'Other Boards' category to 'Off Topic'. You can then create several more sections under the 'Off Topic' category of your desires such as 'Music', 'Programming', whatever. The 'Off Topic General' section would be used for threads that wouldn't fit under any of the other 'Off Topic' sections.

This suggestion may seem useless to some, but I just think that the forums could be organized a little better.
