To have abyssal whip (full slayer implementation), all dragon, obsidian (Tzhaar fight cave), and barrow items, and the most important quest of them all: Recipe For Disaster (with all rewards) This means you need to finish all prerequisite quests which are important as well! Please set this as priority, because there is nothing better to work towards then best gear in Runescape!
