No Rock crabs northeast of freminik village

you know the spot northeast of fremmy where rock crabs usually are? ya there are no rock crabs there... i walked all the way from fucking lumbridge to there so i can train and there are no crabs.... there are no rocks that i walk over to make the npc spawn.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think he's saying northeast of fremennik not the common north one
